Please allow 7–14 business days for ADOT to mail out your credentials. If it has been longer, check that your address is correct and updated with USPS®—ADOT mail isn’t forwarded and gets returned if undeliverable. Also, make sure your name is inside your physical mailbox, especially in cluster mailboxes. Airpark Motor Vehicle Services does not print, mail, or track ADOT credentials.
