IFTA Bonds

Secure Your IFTA Bond and Stay Compliant in Arizona

Need an IFTA Bond to operate as a motor carrier in Arizona? We can help you with that!

Motor carriers under the IFTA agreement need to report and pay fuel taxes based on the distance they travel across different states in the US and Canada. These taxes contribute to maintaining and improving the road infrastructure in these different areas. An IFTA bond acts as a form of security or insurance, assuring that the carrier will fulfill its fuel tax obligations when transporting goods or passengers across state lines. This ensures fair contributions from all carriers operating within the IFTA framework.

In 2020, ADOT enhanced security by centralizing the distribution of Arizona MVD credentials, such as driver licenses, instruction permits, license plates, car titles, and placards, to name a few!

Once your order is placed and paid for at any MVD or Authorized Third Party office, you’ll receive temporary documents to use until your official credentials arrive in the mail from ADOT.

The post office will not forward mail from ADOT, so make sure your home address is current with USPS®
